1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to, accessing, or using the RETO Matchmaking website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally single, and providing truthful, accurate information in your application and throughout your engagement with RETO Matchmaking. Misrepresentation of any kind is grounds for immediate termination of services without refund.
3. Scope of Services
RETO Matchmaking provides introduction and matchmaking services only. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or marriage outcomes. Our role is to facilitate introductions between compatible, vetted individuals — the outcome of those introductions is the responsibility of the individuals involved.
4. Member Responsibility
Members bear full responsibility for their own choices, conduct, and interactions with other members. RETO Matchmaking is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or financial transactions between members. Any agreements, exchanges, or arrangements made between members are solely the responsibility of those individuals.
5. Fees and Refund Policy
Application and screening fees are non-refundable once the review process begins. This applies to the $100 application & screening fee. Membership fees, once activated upon your first match, are also non-refundable. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, share, or distribute personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Member information is disclosed selectively only when a compatible introduction is arranged and appropriate consent has been obtained. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for full details.
7. IMBRA Compliance
RETO Matchmaking operates in compliance with the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA). All required disclosures and consent forms are completed as part of the matchmaking process prior to any introduction.
8. Conduct and Safety
Members agree to engage with RETO Matchmaking and with other members in a respectful, honest, and lawful manner. Any form of harassment, fraud, misrepresentation, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
9. Limitation of Services
RETO Matchmaking is an introduction and consultation service. We are not a legal, psychological, financial, or immigration service. Any guidance provided on cultural, relational, or logistical matters is informational and advisory in nature. Members should consult qualified professionals for legal or immigration matters.
10. Agreement
By applying to or using RETO Matchmaking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Statement and any other policies referenced herein.
